I downloaded the app it was working perfectly for the first week of the semester. Then it just decided to lock me out. It will no longer open. And I have no idea why!

The app does not open on IOS18, just stuck on the logo screen. Tried fresh install with same results. App broken…
Huge improvements
The app has improved in UI and responsiveness. Way snappier and easier to navigate than last version

Sign in issue
Too bad you have to sign your privacy rights over to Microsoft just to sign in.
Doesn’t even let you login
Takes you to the login screen but when you put your details in and hit “login” the page refreshes and its blank again. No error message just an endless loop of putting in login details and the site erasing them.
Useful
The IT team are amazing when having issues! App works great for what I need to use it for! Would highly recommend getting it to keep you in track when out and about as everything you need is at your fingertips

It constantly logs me out and requires me to make a new code. I must log out and back in again for it to work again. Needs so much work

Email problem
Should rate it even less than one. Re-downloaded the app because of the email problem BUT IT COMES WITH EVEN MORE PROBLEMS. To check emails, it actually redirects you to your web browser and prompts you to log in AGAIN AND AGAIN AND AGAIN! the point of downloading the app is to stay logged in and actually access your emails THROUGH THE APP. If i wanted to check my emails online, I WOULDNT DOWNLOAD THE APP. Fix this! Sad we dont have a competing app that would get this app on their toes!

Yikes
A pile of junk. Nothing useful about it. Now I’m permanently signed out for some reason and can’t get back in. Not sad though since even before Corona, the only useful thing was being able to see which room I had to go too for lectures/tutorials. What a joke of an app.
Not great
The app has a glitch when trying to read emails you cannot scroll and read them. For me the most important function of the app is to check my uni emails.
Signed me out and won’t let me sign back in
The app has been bad with it not showing emails properly and it being hard to scroll, but now the apps decided to sign me out and I can’t sign myself back in. I enter my user name and password but the ‘log in’ button is completely useless because it doesn’t even do anything. I press it so many times but nothing is loading or changing. This app is important to have as a student and it’s never even functioning properly half the time. Would appreciate better programming from such an ‘esteemed’ University.

Email scrolling
New update doesn’t let you scroll through an email you have opened so I only get to see half the message

The university wants us to use the app and as soon as I enter my details it prompts me to enter a pin then crashes. Haven’t been able to use it in a year
