Cant even sign up. Some kind of bug is not showing me what i type and i can’t see what kind of location i choose and etc

they have introduced a bug that means it no longer works in dark mode on your phone. you have to turn off dark mode to buy a ticket now.

App crashes on current update
Cannot get past the sign in screen before the app crashes as of today. Before the crashing was an issue app worked fine, 5 star app. EDIT App does not work between the hours of 9am and 11am, will not load past the initial sign in screen.
Very slow and unresponsive most of the time
Crashes without warning, fails to connect to servers and is extremely slow. Find myself worried in class about getting fined for the app not working
Good when it works
When it works it’s a great app but there seems to be a coordinated plan to ensure there is an update over semester breaks that makes sure it crashes just in time for the start of each semester.
Provide special maps
Works well at this time ‘round.
My suggestion would be to add a map of the chosen campus somewhere in the setup page (simple as a button that leads to a new page).
This would help better identify which parking lot the car is parked at for those who don’t know the parking codes by heart.

Frustrating as hell
This app constantly crashes so I can't start or finish a session. I delete the app and re-download it every day to no avail.
Why Cannot give Zero star?
Alway invalid, never useable.

Can't sign into the app. Have reset the password thrice but it still wouldn't log me in.
Would not recommend!
This app is forever crashing on me- such a waste of space on my phone! Deleted the app and use the pay station at uni, so much easier- even though it means waiting in line to pay
Totally unreliable
Why the University has used this App is a mystery. It is totally unreliable, one set of bugs fixed and another problem occurs. Previously it registered my 'parking' at a site, but never deducted any funds from my Credit Card. Now I cannot even register a 'park' as I consistantly receive error messages of one form or another. Sure you could use the single on-site 'pay station' – but not if there are three or more people waiting inline – that adds at least 15 minutes to the waiting time. The system is full of bugs or tediously slow. There must be a better way?

Terrible
Absolutely useless app. Can't log in half the time and cancels parking sessions for no reason. Parki never reply to emails.
USELESS! ERROR 404! IT people could not help ! GIVE me back the ticket machine
This is Useless and I rang the tech who in charge it and he could not help at all !!!!!
-Asked me to update my iPhone 6 plus IOS
- change my Regis email address (hotmail, school email, gmail )
- tried different bank card numbers
Result: still ERROR 404!!!!!!!
And they removed most of the surrounding ticket machine. I need to walk 5 mins to find the ticket machine near the entrance. Talked with few people over there and found out I m not the only one suffer !!!! Bad decision ! Bad Mawson Lakes management!

What a joke
Won't let me update my card details, fix your app
This App needs to be rewritten it is appalling.
I have never used such a useless poorly written App that I NEED to use to park because some bright spark at UniSA thought it was a good idea. Get your act together CDS and andUniSA write it again! List of "Features" includes- random crashes, inability to input your information because you cannot type and scroll down, random crashes, "no idea buttons"-no idea if it is saving your details or not because your details disappear anyway, random crashes and of course random crashes.
