I redeemed points for an item a year ago and it never sent and they will not respond to my emails!

The App crashes anytime I try and click on a sweepstakes. Making it pretty much useless to me. I’m on an iPhone 11 so not brand new but not exactly an older iPhone either

Don’t create an account, it won’t allow you to delete it!! Consistently says there has been an ‘error’.
Nice concept, horrible execution. You cannot add favorite artists, only link to Spotify, so if you use a music stream service other than Spotify you’re out of luck. Unclear how to use actually use rewards. 0/10.

Doesn’t work
When I try to trade my points for prizes, it doesn’t work. Can’t access any of the AR face filters
I love the idea but it’s very buggy.
Currently using and it only gives rewards sometimes- also the friends part doesn’t work at all and the crews I’ve tried to add myself to will show but only if I go through the fest to see my crew- not on profile page.
Once the bugs get fixed this will be amazing

Awesome App and Experience!
I used the Unitea app for everything at Gem and Jam 2023. It made it easy to keep my festival schedule straight. The group chat feature allowed me to connect with other festival goers which was convenient! Not to mention, I was able to stream music of my favorite artists through the app which earned me enough karma to redeem side stage viewings AND a meet and greet with an artist! I love the concept of this app and can’t wait to redeem more rewards.

Really great idea, horrible execution
I wanted to love this app, who wouldn’t love the idea of earning points based off your music listening habits to trade in for rewards on top of staying connected to your favorite artists?! Unfortunately they don’t follow through on those rewards. I traded in my points for a shirt for my fave artist and they went silent on me, I’ve never received said shirt. Really disappointed. Not cool guys.

I love the augmented reality rewards
I made a Vibe with a filter from Dirtybird and it looks awesome! I just followed Claude and got my 50 Karma needed for it so simple enough. Excited to see what other NFT rewards I can collect here for my favorite artists. Let’s go
App is crap
This app is useless and won’t actually let you sign up. It also installed a second app that I didn’t want. Sadly, the promoters for Breakaway chose to partner with a crap app.

The music button isn’t working
No Rewards Available at All
There are absolutely no incentives or rewards available at this time. No reason to use this app anymore. Started off fun and active but pretty much MIA in 2022 ☹️
App Needs Lots of Work
App consistently doesn’t work. Couldn’t log in for days and now my account seems to be gone! Glitches throughout and issues with uploading videos, using music, and even just keeping the app open. Decent idea, but needs major improvement.

I love it it’s great and all but sometimes is just very slow or it will bug out a bit and won’t play a song like the play button sometimes doesn’t work , also I wish it showed the currently playing tab on more of the screens of the app instead of just in the home screen area , over all its great just a bit buggish sometimes which can be frustrating a bit

I love this app! Beside it being the best app for music festivals, the app is truly revolutionary by rewarding devoted fans and strengthening the community behind the artist. On top of that, the way the platform empowers artists is simply second to none in an industry that fails to fairly compensate artists with the art that they produce. #changingthegame
