This app is useless, I get emails and text messages stating that there is a new document available, I open the app and there is No Way of seeing said document, I call and get so answers nor call backs, app is laggy. And if I need to make changes to my policy/account it never works cause there is always some sort of error on the app.

Does not accept correct password
I can login with my password on the website, but not on the app.
Personal opinion
I received an email saying that I had documents to review but I can’t find them on the app or website. Nada en la app o website refleja algún tipo de vinculo humano, pareciera q fueron hechos para interactuar con máquinas y no con personas. Cualquier cambio en el app o website dirigidos a hacer al cliente ver que la compañía es más humana y que aprecia a los clientes conllevaría a un probable incremento en la retención de clientes.
