Very easy to use. Very easy to open very easy to get all the information that I need.
Not great.
This app does not have options that I have in my other banking apps. It’s difficult to find things, it’s even difficult to sign in.

i can’t even sign in because apparently i’m putting in “invalid credentials” even though i literally changed my info last week also the app itself is terrible and not modern at all

I am thrilled that I have this. Makes my banking experience so easy, yes once in a while there are glitches, but overall it’s wonderful!
Not so user-friendly
This app has always frustrated me. It never keeps the “enable Face ID “ so I am starting at square one every time I sign in.

Remembers me maybe 10% of the time.
I constantly have to sign in from scratch, and get face recognition set up again. It’s gotta be the most aggravating app I use.
Simplifying life
I don’t have to leave my home to get my banking done and I can have peace of mind that my things are in order.

I have used many bank apps but this is the worst. It is not user friendly, too many errors and glitches, not much functions, and face recognition rarely works

The app never remembers my login data so about four times a week I have to redo everything. So frustrating.

This bank always said’ they have Zelle but when you go on to your bank account there is nothing there and it’s very disappointed I rather just go for another bank..

This used to be my bank- only because I was there prior to their ownership- app seemed to be glitchy- never worked right- and I just didn’t feel the “customer service” like I did before

UBB Mobile App
After many months and calls to UBB about my only being able to sign on in about 1 in 10 attempts I have given up. It was easier closing my 5 accounts and going with a bank that actually had a mobile app that worked.
Huge pain
The facial recognition only works for about a month then it doesn’t even try to use facial recognition. When I do log back in I have to set everything up again and fix all my settings and on the occasion that I forget my password or type it in wrong a few times I have to call just to reset my password; no way to do it online. I don’t have enough time to risk being put on hold for 30+ minutes.
