Literally does nothing except put a piece of non-functional garbage between Ticketmaster and your ticket.

Did they actually spend money to develop this app?? Absolutely useless.
Disappointing
The arena map is unusable and has been for years. I would like to be able to look at the map and locate the concession stands

Useless maps
One of the only useful features a narrowly-focused, seldom-used venue app like this could have is a map. It does have a map, but the image is so tiny and pixelated that you can't read it, and even worse, you can't zoom. F-. 0 stars.

Impossible to navigate and maps are too small to be useful. Can't find anything of value.
Maps cannot be read
Hey team, main reason to use to the app is to use the map. I cannot zoom on the app. Please make the photo a jpeg or other photo file so we can zoom. Otherwise useless.
Mobile concession ordering
Says you can order concession from phone- how??
Disappointed
This app was very useful at one point. You could search foods and it would tell you where to go. Some rocket scientist decided that wasn't important anymore I guess and got rid of it. Your maps are wayyyy to small to even make sense of. Put it back the way it was
"Live Camera Angles"
Whatever. Who would know if they actually HAD Live Cam Angles because apparently you can only access said angles using the IN-HOUSE wi-fi. Because really, the one place I want ANGLES is only available AT the one place I'm not, the United Center. A Joke.

App works great, just don't like the FaceBook like layout- its not agronomical like other yinz apps like bears, giants, steelers (menu in bottom corner). Would be nice if menu was labeled and not just 3 lines. Other than that, I would give it 5 stars. Lots of info
Bad app
This app has out of date phone numbers such as lost and found. It does not seem to have any function other than to let you buy tickets to the UC.
