App says I am registered. Changed password 3 times on the app, but cannot login because user not found. Try to register again, says user exists. In an infinite loop. There seems to be no monitoring on this app and the OTP password change flow seems broken.

Cant register because the nationality and gender dropdown is empty but required.

Terrible service, terrible app. Now user doesn’t exist when I have 2 valid policies. Try calling them, they reply after 2 days. Better get another insurance company. This is the worst in Bahrain and to be honest they don’t care
Can’t change the language
Hello Due to icon for language is on top right corner (behind battery, mobile and wife signal. it isn’t responding on iphone 12 to change from Arabic to English
