Sooperb service on the app. Drivers are fantastic never had a complaint yet. Always happy to help get shopping and bags loaded into the car. Being disabled this means a lot. Never need to ask them they just do it. Would highly recommend *****
Ordered. Never turned up.
Ordered a taxi for 4PM with about 4 hours notice. Got to 4PM and still said it was 20 minutes away. Missed my train.

Don’t bother downloading the app, taxis never come better phoning them.
Takes ages for a booking.
My booking took ages and I was waiting for 25mins and had to get to my destination as soon as possible.

You have a pre book option , however, it’s not a guaranteed pre book , why offer the service if you can’t guarantee a pre book - NO POINT .

Not impressed- the app allows you to pre-book for a future pick up, and to pay in advance- all good.
What actually happens is at/ just before your pre- booked time, it then creates a booking and looks for a driver, so although you thought you’d booked a taxi for a certain time, you haven’t……….

Great drivers always there when needed

When setting a time for a pick up, it only sends the message to the taxi service at the time you want to be collected. Which makes that pointless. I’d set it for 0830 one morning in order to be collected with my luggage to catch a train. They had no idea how long it would be, when I phoned them to chase where my taxi was, because it was “the school run”. In the end I had to call another taxi company which meant I didn’t get picked up until an hour after I originally needed to leave.

New system
The gps on the system is not accurate enough when I need to order from my house I need to put it in my neighbours back garden.
