Seek loans elsewhere …
I have a single loan with this bank and it’s for an Origin Pc (who Origin uses for financing options). Quite possibly the most convoluted banking online experience I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I try to login very rarely , have my payments setup automatically , occasionally I need to login to change up and payment method . Never am I able too. No two factor or modern authentication method, instead , you call a number and it’s never their lack of spending in infrastructure, it’s always , you must have put in the wrong password too many times. Of course this causes you financial issues when they inevitably try and take the payment. I will avoid them and Origin. Not because Origin did a bad job on my PC but because of them suggesting this bank for financing. I have a 750-80 credit score . No other bank that I deal with is this difficult .
