Crashes!

Need to fix/repair this app! It has crashed constantly since the update! I use this app a lot to transfer money into my kids accounts because they do not live in the same town as I do and it has become very aggravating at times because they have needed money in emergency situations. Also the quick thumb print sign in for IPhones is also a joke now, doesn't even work anymore, and no...its not my phone that has the problem because the quick sign in thumb print works on all my other apps!
