URL
In order to login you need to have a URL which I don’t have one why are we needing to have one of these so I’m not gonna be able to use the app how do we get a URL or do you supply one
Needs easier search functions to find and save shows
I like that this service has practically everything as far as shows. But it needs easier navigation functions: i cant even search - no keyboard pops up when i click on the search bar so i cant type in and search for any shows (on my phone).
I can search and save shows to my favorites list on my laptop, but not on this iphone app.
Ideally, the software would transfer favorites list from laptop to iphone and back, and save the last played show and timestamp (if someone lasts streams 20 minutes into episode 14 on iphone, the laptop would pick up from that point).
And eventually would like to see the option of sugested shows based on viewed and favorited shows for each viewer.

No URL in app so I can’t watch anything.
I paid for the app today. I downloaded this app. When you open it, you can’t use the service without adding a url link? The development team should do this, not the user. I need to know what to enter into the URL field please. I can’t even give a review until I can open the app. Thank you.

Can’t log in
They never reply and I need to delete subscription since I can’t even log on since they ask for a url and I don’t know it. There is no one who will help and it’s been 4 months paying with no service and I can’t delete! Ugh!

Signed up for this service with the option of having it on three devices
Signed up was given confirmation of signing up and was told to be patient and within 12 hours I’ll receive information to be able to sign on with the login cadential’s they send me. Welcome email and login credentials email never came. I sent the developer an email about the problem. I even opened a ticket on the their website both with zero response. I have every reason to believe this is a scam.

I love what Kim and Tank are trying to do and signed up for this when it first came out but I haven’t been able to use this app since day one. I have a iPhone 12 maybe it’s Apple playing games? Please give me advice how to use this app.
No url to log in
I keep looking for the email to set up account, it took my money ok , if your going to brag about an app at least you can come up with update to fix issues. I’m paying 22$ month for nothing at the moment

I tried numerous times to log on and even contacted support twice but they were no help whatsoever....I really wanted to try this and support them.

Not allowing me to delete app & no URL-No Email
I download the UN PLUS app from App Store.
I never received an EMAIL with subscription request.
The PLUS app opened directly to the LogIn page.
I cannot set up my account.
Please respond with an email to set set up my account to activate the PLUS app.

Works very well
Wait overnight for username and password to sign onto this app (after you have subscribed). Once the username and password come via email, sign on and enjoy!
