The worst app I’ve ever used!!!
This stupid app won’t even let me long in, I’m paying for a subscription I can’t even access!!!

Works fine on mi iPhone, but app no longer works on my iPad air2 app removed deleted and reinstalled still fails to work. Just a dark blue screen . Update was a backward step
My go-to for every weekend!
Does exactly what I need - all match details, team news, and fixtures for my club in n the home page (including Champions Cup fixtures)
Terrible app
No excuses to have such a poor app in this age. Especially when your paying such premium for the service. STEP YOUR GAME UP URC!

No complete list of match officials, despite the latter having been “suggested” months ago - ALL officials inc TMO should be listed

Load of Rubbish
This app and the URC’s streaming service is complete garbage. Trying to watch a match is an exercise in frustration. Frequent crashes are guaranteed. Many of the matches are unedited meaning you can spend forty minutes or so watching the RTÉ presenters do there mike checks and then 10 more minutes of “Your match will start shortly “ Because of the clunky streaming controls, you can’t jump ahead without causing a crash. Best of all their support staff never replies to user support tickets. Save your money! A URC subscription is worthless.

Always buffering
This app I thought was going to be great as was so excited to watch matches from Munster and Leinster since I live in the States. I spend most of the time (after being redirected to the URCTV), watching it buffer and my internet connection is very good and very strong. Am seriously considering not purchasing for the next season. What a disappointment!

Paid for the full season haven’t been able to watch a single game. Terrible app and stream is constantly buffering. Total waste of money.

Too Expensive
Pro14 was available on ESPN for US viewers at only a few bucks a month. Now the URC is asking for $25 a weekend (or $140 up front for the whole season). It’s unreasonable to expect fans outside of countries with active broadcasters to accept this price increase. I’ll be watching Premiership this season instead.

App OK, but the live game functionality is awful
The app itself is okay, but the fact that you have to redirect to a website to use the live game video player is really frustrating as the login does not work most of the time, and the video player is awful. For anyone considering paying the subscription for live games, do so knowing the app itself doesn’t actually offer that functionality.

I can’t believe how expensive it is just to watch one league of rugby. I get they need to make money but jeez. Every other streaming service that has rugby is about half the price

Are there going to be comprehensive individual player stats per match
Meters run, clean breaks, defenders beaten, tackles made and missed, turn overs won and conceded, penalties and points scored etc?
