Too many shut downs
I have not been able to access my accounts since this last Thursday. The app constantly logs me out. Not working on the website or the phone either. This bank is usually on top of things and letting their customers know what’s going on. Please fix these constant problems.
Can’t seem to use zelle
Apparently my zelle account is linked but it doesn’t show up when logging in.
Started crashing again
The app is currently not working; just a white screen is displayed. It won't even open for me. I just want to submit checks and I live so far from my bank now that I can't just drive there. I am considering switching banks because of this constant issue. My account has gone into the negative because of automatic bank transfers for my bills you charge wild fees for that. I can't even transfer funds using the website because that won't work either. So disappointing...

Always an issue
I loved this app at first, especially during the pandemic, but recently it just is constantly down for services, or tells me my log in information is invalid when it’s not.
Issues

Wish this bank would consider Apple Pay. 😞
Perfect with flaws
This app is amazing! The only bad thing about it is not being able to log out of an account and log on to another one without having to delete and redownlod the app. Other than that, it's amazing and super easy to use!!!
