Often isn’t working
When the app works it’s easy to use, but it is down a lot. This is especially frustrating on weekends or after bank hours.
Camera insufficient
The mobile deposit camera has a hard time picking up BCBSND check amounts on my weekly check deposits. Can this be corrected, please? It’s a real hassle to have to retake the photo each time. No problem with checks from Sanford Health.
