United Masters Needs to fix its streaming data issues
I’m extremely disappointed with UnitedMasters. My streaming numbers have not updated in 12 days — almost two weeks. I have submitted several support tickets, and nothing is being done to resolve the issue.
The issue with my numbers has been addressed, but my streaming data is still not updating, and I have yet to receive a proper explanation or resolution.
I’ve been patient and have repeatedly contacted support, but I should not have to keep submitting tickets just to get someone to investigate a serious issue involving my music and streaming data.
UnitedMasters needs to fix this immediately and make sure all of my streams are properly accounted for.
If this continues to be ignored, I will consider taking the matter further, including making my experience public on social media and exploring my legal options.
Artists deserve accurate data, transparency, and responsive customer support.

DONT COUNT YOUR STREAMS
They took away my streams and no one has been able to tell me why. This is another app that doesn’t provide human support. Just all robot interactions and they have programmed answers to say the same thing no matter what you ask. Worst customer service. Steals ya streams so you make less money. Just completely trash. Wouldn’t recommend for new artist.

Perfect for independent artists
Such a good music distribution app for independent artists and the payouts are good too. Its not extremely expensive like distrokid and other I highly recommend if you are and independent artist like me. Its easy to use even has guides if you get stuck and the support is absolutely amazing just send an email with your question and they respond rather quick and always help you fix any issues.

They took 19.99 from my account when I was unsubscribed for a year plus.
Paid for a full year of DEBUT+ and my music was taken down and app issues no help
I’ve been trying to figure out this issue for the past two months. I decided to switch to United Masters for the release of my album. I’m still trying to contact support and I provided evidence of my receipts. They still haven’t even sent me an email or try to fix my issue and I’m still trying to cooperate. They haven’t given me my money back and I need a distributor. I haven’t been able to put music out so this is a bigger issue.

Unfair/ Treated horribly
I was a UnitedMasters user for approximately 7 years and recently upgraded to a yearly UnitedMasters Select subscription because I planned to continue releasing my music through their platform.
Shortly after upgrading, my account was permanently terminated due to alleged “abnormal streaming activity.” I repeatedly asked what specific activity was identified, where it supposedly came from, and what evidence was used to reach this decision. Unfortunately, I never received clear answers—only repeated statements that the decision was final and references to the Terms of Use.
What disappointed me the most was the lack of transparency. If there was truly an issue, I wanted to understand it so I could prevent it from ever happening again. Instead, I felt like my questions were never actually addressed.
To make matters worse, I paid for a yearly Select subscription that I can no longer use. Apple denied my refund request, and UnitedMasters also refused to issue a refund, even though my account was terminated shortly after I upgraded. Paying for a service that became unavailable almost immediately has been extremely frustrating.
I respected UnitedMasters for many years, which is why this experience has been so disappointing. I hope they improve communication, transparency, and the way they handle long-time independent artists in situations like mine.

They take you threw a lot to get paid I still haven’t been paid and I’ve had this app for 5-6years
They won’t pay your money when you want it it will take wells or months after already waiting years to build it up
Analyzing statistics
Why can’t I click on certain songs get data on my songs this app is weird. The amount of money I spent on this app to get to me not being able to access my stats is crazy.
Music release unhappy
I downloaded my music. I could receive the date when my music will be released the day right before. Issue some type of a fraud I emailed them. They said somebody’s gonna call me back shortly and nobody. I thought I needed to upgrade in which I did, but that did not help me. I feel it was a waste of time.
