I have been banking through United one for the last 8 years now and never once have I had an issue, until this most recent update as of 8/15/22. I went to log into the app as to check how a pending check was going in terms of dropping into my account and was told to update the app, so I did. However, the sec puns that I went to go and try to log back into my account the app now began telling me “Device error: Missing device id. Please restart the application.” And no matter what I do (I’ve tried closing and restarting the app, offloading and reloading it onto my phone, among other things) it keeps giving me the error. However if I click the join button at the bottom and log in to the website page it pulls up it lets me in now problem, it’s incredibly frustrating since I’m not like trying to use a new phone or anything like that.

New app needs tweaking
The new look app launch is fine and the interface is clean but could use a bit of tweaking. On the old app, there was the ability to more easily and conveniently switch between accounts. If you had a few accounts, it would remember your username and you could use face ID to fill in the pw info. The new app does not allow for that but rather a complete close and sign in again with the pw is needed. Also the Face ID does not allow for multiple accounts. Which ever one you choose to use Face ID with is the only one it will work on unless you log in and select that option again. But the. That removes that option from the other account(s).
The app seems stable and does not crash but is not as easy to use as the old one was. Please look into this.

It would be a much better app if you didn't have to use a computer and login to the website to navigate so many critical options.

New update?
I’ve been using this app for over a year now, it’s never given me problems. Until today, I tried logging in my correct information and he told me that I had to login online. So that helped…However when I tried again on the app it still didn’t work. So I ended up deleting the app and tried downloading it again and now it’s trying to charge me to download it. Fix this now! Please and thank you.

App on phone
I just put it on my phone and it is so much more convenient then the touch tone teller. I can see where the withdrawals came from. I love it.

Not the best
This app was great a first. As time goes on it’s had a lot of glitches, and not good ones. Make sure you balance your accounts your self (the old fashioned way) because it glitches to wear you can make a huge mistake in thinking you had the money when you don’t!!!!
How do you love a credit union?
I used to think all financial institutions were pretty much the same. Nope. I absolutely love this place. Some places "fee" you to death; but, not here. United One has competitive rates for loans, too. The people are amazing - bar none.

Excellent service! Best credit union anywhere! My only suggestion is that the Walmart branch get telephone service for their later hours. Once the main branch closes you cannot get a call through. Nor does anyone answer the phone on Saturdays.

This is a great tool for the members of United One Credit Union.
Basic access to your checking, savings and loan accounts. Ability to easily transfer funds. Access to bill pay. Along with a private email to contact the credit union right from the app.
The recent addition of having control over your debit card is really great. You can change your daily limits and add any travel without having to call.
Another great feature is the thumbprint ID login. All apps and logins should be this way!
