UnitQuote: Landed Cost Ledger

UnitQuote is a precision commercial deal ledger and landed cost calculator engineered for cross-border traders, wholesale buyers, field contractors, and sourcing agents. Eliminate currency conversion errors, unit mismatch drift, and unexpected import duties. Model cross-border transactions in real time—whether you are sourcing inventory from overseas manufacturers or quoting delivered commercial prices to domestic clients. TWO COMPREHENSIVE COMMERCIAL PERSPECTIVES • Sourcing Mode (Buyer): Calculate your true landed unit cost by converting factory raw prices into your domestic currency, factoring in material scrap allowances, shipping freight, and port tariffs. • Quoting Mode (Seller): Convert your internal base manufacturing costs into client-ready foreign currency quotations with custom markups and delivery packaging lots. CROSS-DIMENSIONAL UNIT & PACKAGING ENGINE • Seamless Unit Bridges: Calculate across differing units effortlessly—such as buying porcelain tiles priced in RMB/m² while tracking project requirements in sq ft, or purchasing resin by the liter while quoting by the gallon. • Container & Box Logic: Define custom packaging hierarchies (units per box, boxes per carton) and work shift definitions (hours per shift, shifts per day) to bridge factory lot minimums with client orders without rounding drift. • Negotiation Volume Counter: Adjust counterpart minimum order quantities (MOQ) on the fly and watch unit costs recalibrate dynamically. FINANCIAL CONTROLS & MARKUPS • Item-Level Waste & Scrap: Add percentage or flat allowances per line item for cutting scrap, hazmat handling, or inland haulage. • Global Project Surcharges: Apply deal-wide tariffs, customs duties, or sea freight surcharges across the entire estimate in one tap. • Dual-Currency Transparency: View baseline purchase totals alongside final landed or quoted prices simultaneously. OFFLINE-FIRST ARCHITECTURE & ON-DEMAND FX • Offline Resilience: Central bank currency exchange rates are cached locally on your device, enabling uninterrupted estimations in remote warehouses, overseas trade show floors, or transit without Wi-Fi. • On-Demand Live Sync: Refresh live market exchange rates whenever connected to keep calculations aligned with market conditions. EXECUTIVE EXPORTS & BRANDING • One-Page PDF Deal Sheets: Generate polished, formal commercial quotation sheets complete with item sample photos, line-item breakdowns, terms, and notes. • CSV Spreadsheets: Export comprehensive deal ledgers compatible with Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM pipelines. • Corporate Letterhead: Customize your PDF exports with your business name, corporate address, tax/VAT registration, contact details, and corporate logo. All calculations, photos, and project ledgers are stored strictly on your local device for privacy and confidentiality. --- SUBSCRIPTION & IN-APP PURCHASES Upgrade to UnitQuote Pro to unlock unlimited multi-project storage, unlimited line items per quote, custom markup presets, corporate letterhead branding, and PDF exports. • UnitQuote Pro Annual: $29.99 / year (Includes 7-Day Free Trial) • UnitQuote Pro Monthly: $4.99 / month • UnitQuote Pro Lifetime: $59.99 one-time purchase Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
