Slow and unreliable
The idea is good. However, this app and the system are slow to load, somewhat confusing and the app always crashes!
I would suggest unless you have plenty of time, to go online to use the service.
I would add, the complicated log in and endless waiting have not made this a favourable app for students. In my experience students revert back to private 3rd party or other popular apps/sites because of the endless waiting.
This app, without question, is not suitable for IOS.
Serious redesign required here to raise the appeal to students and staff.

Despite receiving encouraging emails from my university to participate in unitu, when I tried to sign up or sign in the app, our university is not listed there. What a shame.

I think the app is great, I feel I can confidently share my experience as a student and know staff will respond.
I do feel though the app design could be improved, but I’m still able to do the main this like create feedback, comment and vote.

Useless and no app support
The app has so many bugs I might have to call the exterminator. In all seriousness, this is the buggiest app that I have on my iPhone right now - and I have a lot of apps so it’s saying something. It’s stuff like being redirected to a completely different page or being logged out randomly... reporting these has no effect and they never get back to you. It’s a great idea turned upside down by poor management and IT staff, a damn shame. It’s gotten to the point where I would EVEN appreciate a reply to this review, but the likelihood of a reply here or there is 50/50, which is nonsense.
