New app sucks
The changeover has caused nothing but problems. I wish it was growing pains, but I am certain that the programmers didn’t have a clue about customer’s needs.
Constant log in issues
Constantly have issues logging in via app. No issues logging in with online banking.

Great Bank, Horrible Mobile App
I was hesitant about opening a new account with a credit Union. I knew there were going to be some shortcomings. I never envisioned in 2023 I would be using Unity Bank as my new primary banking institution. I just received a text message from them stating that I should go to iTunes to download their mobile app… YIKES Even after resetting my password on a desktop computer I still cannot log in to the mobile app with my new password and I’ve probably been locked out again. This is not an issue that TD Bank has. I just don’t get it.
