Fake company?
Hard to say. But they seem to be making it up as they go along. If you are waiting on a package from them, contact your insurance — or maybe the cops?

La compañía más mala de el mundo es esta , no te dan información no te ayudan con nada , mi pedido bien claro ponía el apartamento y lo entregaron en una casa no están pendientes de nada , no valen la pena no se lo recomiendo ni a mi enemigo
I would give zero stars if possible
Very bad shipping company. Every time the package gets lost. Customer service is horrible. They says they attempt delivery but never showed up and then take package back to limbo warehouse, where packages go to die, where even after leaving delivery instructions and asking for redelivery, it never happens.
