Super buggy
The church directory app is in theory very good but it has a tendency to be buggy. Several times over the last two years it wouldn’t allow me to add parishioners photos. Also I’ve have had problems with the app logging members out of the app and having to either deleting the app and reinstalling or entering their unique ID to gain access. UCD customer service is super slow to respond and is under staffed. Good app overall but customer service is a problem currently.

Crashes and changes addresses often
This app needs an update, has not been one in 2 years and a lot of technology has changed in that time
Nice . . . When It’s not Crashing
Works well, until I select the directory. Crashes every time. It is updated. I reinstalled it, which fixed the problem for a few us. Actual directories don’t do that.

I love this app can help me learn the names of the people I go to church with. The new functions have been great also. Being able to send out notifications about church events and even prayer concerns are great new feature. Keep up the great work and thanks for providing this for our churches.
Outstanding Church App!
As an administrator for a Church, this app is fantastic! And the best part is it FREE! It’s not a PDF or a spreadsheet, etc. They actually gave us a free app.

Works great for me! I have a 12 Pro. Seems like issues have been resolved.
Could be a great app
I purchased this app for the fifty members of our church congregation. Before rolling the app out to members I quickly noticed a couple bugs . First the app wouldn’t allow me to me to place photos in the ( photo not available) blocks on both the Church Staff and Church pages . Secondly, on the Church page there are field character limits that cut off all church staffs last names. If those issues are fixed , this would be five star app.

Was good. Not anymore.
It doesn’t work with my iPhone 11. Crashes immediately. And yes, I have tried deleting and reinstalling.

Updates are crash the app
My church members struggle to use the app each time updates are done on apple and android. I’m constantly frustrated when I want to look up numbers and addresses of members. The old version crashes and new app won’t install and locks up
