This has helped us sooooo many times . We lose the remote daily! The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because I have to close out of app and reopen it when I have to change volume or change channels
This app does not work at all
I paid $20 for life time use, my tv is connected however the remote app does not communicate with the tv at all. This is not a universal remote as it is said so, do not use it. Not worth it.
You have to spend $20 to use
I downloaded the app, get into the app to get a purchase this app for 20. I exit to get a rate this app. Then say not now, since I haven’t even gotten in it yet!! Then get again the purchase, I say no then it lets me look for my tv. It says it found it and then asks me to rate that app!!! I say no and try to check if it has in fact found my tv and any button I touch says buy app and then the rate the app pop up again!!

i downloaded it because my grandma couldn't find the remote so i decided to help her and i connected it to it and it was awful.I wouldn't recommend it. if any other reviews are saying it is good they are lying
Intrusive
I downloaded the app because it is one of the few universal remote apps that doesn’t collect data. Upon opening, you are spammed with the weekly subscription, access to my local network, and to give it a rating. Well, you wanted a rating so bad, here it is. NO ONE IS GOING TO PAY 3.99 A WEEK FOR A REMOTE!! At least give the use a second to try the app before flooding us with information. Especially to give it a rating. You pushed me away before I ever used it. I would pay a single time for a good application for such a trial/novelty. Never weekly. At that point your better off buying the physical device. Do not download this app.

Don’t bother
I downloaded it. The app told me free three day trial, then subscription or lifetime membership. Ok whatever. I couldn’t use the app at all to see if I even wanted to bother. I would push a button then it would tell me I had to subscribe.
Don’t download (-10 star)
It’s free to download, but than you have to pay 3.99 a week after that, it does automatically work either.... mine kept searching and searching. Than when I tried to use the buttons on the remote it kept popping up the menu with subscription options.... all those 5 star reviews are bull. BUYERS BEWARE! Save your money and go buy an actual universal remote, wish I had!

It only works if my tv is already on so it’s useless if I can’t find the remote which is why I got it to start with!!!
Doesn’t work without remote
You need a remote to get to settings and set up the tv to work with this app. That was the point of paying $20 for this app, was because I didn’t have a remote. Hoping I can get a refund for this.

Okay, you have to agree to a free 3 day trial before you can even try to use this app, which I did and then cancelled right away since this app did not work for my TV. But let me say, even IF this app did work, I would not subscribe to use it for $3.99 a week. That is just insane. It is a TV remote. You really shouldn’t be making weekly/monthly payments on remote control for your TV LOL. But if you are, you obviously have way more money than I do to throw away.

False advertisement
Wouldn’t know if this “free” app worked. In the 30 seconds I tried to use it, I was asked to rate it three times and told with every button I tried to press that I had to buy a subscription to use it. Maybe it works, maybe it doesn’t, but if you’re going to charge to use it, don’t claim that it’s free on the App Store and then charge in the app.

The subscriptions are a scam — they don’t work
A couple of weeks after installing & paying for lifetime subscription, the app stopped working. When I complained to the developer I was told to complain to Apple because the developer doesn’t make much money selling the subscriptions.
Universal remote
This app works great and its much easier to access different channels and streaming platforms. Never have I experienced any crash or glitch from this app.
Paid and doesn’t work
I just paid for this app and it doesn’t work. I’ve sent an email to the listed email address in the “contact us” section of the menu but I doubt I’ll get this resolved or my money back. Be fair warned to avoid this app.
If I’m paying $20, I’ll buy an actual remote!
App is free to download, but any features in the app are locked behind a subscription or one time payment. Don’t waste your money! Seriously, just buy a new remote for the $20 “lifetime” usage fee this charges!
Stole my money
After I purchased this app , it continues to say *upgrade when in fact I bought the $20 life time use and I went to write to the company and still haven’t gotten a massage back. That’s awful and a waste of my money. Don’t recommend
9 dollars just to try it out?
Loaded with fake reviews. I downloaded this app to try it out due to having issues with other remote apps “powering on” my tv. Why would I pay 9 dollars for an app that I don’t even know will work? The fake comments make me believe this is a giant scam.
This is superb app!!!
Cheaper than buying a new remote, and all the functions work. Have 2 Samsung TVS and it can be used on both.
Very nice app!
Alternative for original remote in case the remote is missing.
