The app is good if you pay for the subscription. However I have to close it and reopen every time if I go off the app in order to change shows or turn up the tv.

Had to use while waiting for a new remote to be delivered and it done the job - some days were frustrating trying to connect and sometimes the left right, up and down like to do the opposite but for $8 to t gets the job done especially for an emergency for broken or lost remote till you get a new one and handy to just have on your phone if you don’t want to get up to get the remote :)

Needs a better lay out
You need to go through multiple tabs to do simple tasks like selecting a menu and then navigating through it.
To raise or lower the volume you have to push the plus and minus buttons multiple times. Makes my thumbs hurt.

Good remote
This remote works fine but does not give you a Text keyboard option to type in text.,it does give you a mouse pointer but input double press characters a keyboard would be nice reason for not getting 100% Rating & ydue to the fact it will not bring your device out of standby mode you need to use your original remote. Funny thing is the app does bring your device out of standby after a min but then the software itself forgets the device so it is a software problem that it can not turn device on of standby mode. I did send a message to writer saying if the software remember the device it might bring them out standby mode. Then this would get Max ratings. But because you have to use original remote what’s the point.

Couldn’t, ever connect to TV
