BEWARE This looks like Scam

This app is not officially tied to the Universe.com / Ticketmaster service, and the app company has suspicious misspelling in their names.

This looks like an app designed to scrape user logins and password from Universe.com users.

Worst

The app is terrible and complicated for no reason. I wish they would make it so you can really click an event see the number of tickets and names like Eventbrite. Also it always glitches, like rn I can’t see when I’ve sold tickets. I have to login online. It’s making me want to go back to Eventbrite.

Quick & Efficient

Quick, efficient & easy to use! I’ve quickly downloaded the app onsite, been added to the organizers “team” & jumped into line scanning tickets. Super easy and intuitive

I can’t believe brickfest still links guests to download this app to complete check-in! The UNIVERSE App is for the employees, not guests.

Sorry to hear about your experience, DL West. You're right, the BoxOffice app is meant to be used by event organizers, not ticket holders. We will reach out to this event host to inform them of their mistake.

App for organizer, not guest

After buying a ticket through the website, I was prompted to download the app. I assumed it would be for easier access to my tickets, search for events, but instead it was simply for the use of event organizers. There should be either a different app for the ticket holders or a different interface all together.

Website needs updating to clarify

Rating is not technically for the app just for attention to issue.

The link on brick fest website takes you to this app but it is meant for organizers not ticket holders I’m assuming.

The brick fest site also gives directions to download the app to show your ticket. I’m sure y’all just need to change that to say the account online but it is confusing to customers.

The app itself may work well for what it’s intended for but needs to be removed from the customer page. Thanks

Worst app ever

I downloaded this app because Brickfest uses it. It has been nothing but an irritation. I forgot my password and it was quite the ordeal to get it reset. When I finally get logged back in to the app, I can’t see my tickets. Apparently, I’m now logged in as an event organizer 🤷‍♀️ I just gave up and printed paper tickets.

Sorry to hear about your experience, Sparklemagic. The BoxOffice app is meant to be used by event organizers, not ticket holders. If you've purchased tickets to an event on Universe they'll be delivered to your email. From there you can add your tickets to Apple Wallet or save the ticket PDF to your mobile device. If you can't find them there, you can use that same email address to sign into Universe.com and find them on the My Tickets page. If you're still having difficulty, try contacting the event host and they should be able to assist.

Update will not open

After updating, app will not open. Previous app worked great.

Sorry to hear about that, ccaappaa - this issue should be resolved with the newest version of the app. If the app doesn't launch, try deleting the app from your device and downloading it from the App Store again.

Latest Update Crashes

I’m sure you’ve heard this from a million people but the latest update means that you app crashes immediately when you try opening it.

Normally this app works great.

When can we expect it to be sorted?

I haven’t been able to open the app since the newest update. It crashes immediately

Invalid app

Scanned the code on the ticket I just bought, app says 'invalid ticket.' Also, won't let me download ticket to Apple Wallet. Guess I get to haul out my printer. Thanks a lot.

A lifesaver

If you're running an event, this is an essential app. Super quick to connect with my Universe account, then manage my guests as they arrive at the door! Join Team works well for my other staff too.
