Annoying
I can’t talk to the idols, the app takes forever to load when it’s done loading it’s stuck. I can’t purchase a membership what’s the point of the ap?
Wont let me sign up
As a non Korean kpop fan I would love to able to keep up with my favorite artists but I can't even purchase a membership to do that. I have tried from multiple apps for over a week and the page to even purchase a membership will not load
QR Scanner? Don't think so.
The only reasons I got this app were for the messages and the QR codes I get in my ATEEZ and Monsta X albums. However, I firstly had problems scanning them as they would send me to Safari saying to download the app rather than open the app in the first place? After some research someone posted online to "Go to a planet, tap Collection, then Archive, lastly See More." And that there should be a QR scanner button. BUT IT DOES NOT EXIST. What's the point of the QR reward codes if it doesn't even freaking work or exist? Fix this issue, because I no longer do the messaging portion of the app, therefore the only reason I'd keep the app is the QR codes.

Not really worth downloading
It’s very obvious they only subtitle bigger groups or don’t subtitle for weeks. The sub price really isn’t it worth it for what content there is in my case. It’s an okay interface I wish I could just search titles tho

Please add voice recognition, I can’t understand my fave’s voice messages 😭
Absolutely ridiculous
Cannot log in got kicked out of my account. Made new account and now when I purchase a membership I cannot use the benefits saying “no membership”. These groups pay you guys to make the app function right???? So get on it
Needs Improvement asap
The idea of the app, the content, the artist interaction is great, but the execution is sooooo bad. The app itself is slow…frustratingly slow actually. A few months ago my membership disappeared even though I was still paying for it, so I had to cancel it and repurchase it again. Then the little things are so difficult to do, too. It won’t access my photos and sends me to settings when I’m trying to set my profile picture, even though I’m set to have access to my camera roll. If the app itself were faster and didn’t feel like every new page loading took twenty seconds, these things could be easily overlooked, but since maneuvering around is exhausting, everything else becomes 10x worse. There is so much potential for this app, I really hope it can upgrade and change itself into something we can enjoy using regularly, but how it is right now repels me from even touching the app when I get artist updates because I simply don’t want to deal with it

Not able to log in
It has been MONTHS already and this app won’t let me log in. Everytime i try to, a message pops up saying “A temporary error has occurred. Please try again”. Been trying to reach out customer service, second time i did they told me to wait for 7 days if i didn’t get a response then get back to them. I did and they said “we hace checked and it may take some time to find and fix the issue clearly, once the ckecking is complete, we will guide you with extra answer with this ticket” which of course, has not happened yet. Unbelievable since I’m paying money for it and it won’t let me log in. FIX YOUR BUGGY APP

Invisible customer service
The app is so expensive with the amount of bugs they have. Not to mention customer service is basically non existent and they don’t care to update their translations even if they get personal inquires from the artists themselves.

Removed THE BOYZ without even letting them know
Such a disrespectful app and establishment how do you remove one of your biggest money-makers from the app they love without even letting them know? And THE BOYZ’s company staff reaching out for renewal and never getting a response. I would give 0 stars if I could.
Worse after update
I cant even review the app because it wont let me log in at all. Its so slow and glichy and it just seems like updates cause problems rather than fix them. Im so annoyed I just want to watch a music video that’s only on the app rn and i can’t even do that.
Won't Let me in
I've tried to delete the app numerous times and even swiped out of it. Tried to log in under different websites and nothing works all it shows is a blank screen for everything and can't go forward.
Unusable
EDIT: now I’m not even getting notifications. I’ve updated literally everywhere on my phone they even bypass all of my focus settings. Ridiculous. The group I follow uses it regularly but I miss them every time. Just follow fan translation accounts on twt at this point, you’ll be just as up to date. The update has improved loading speed but not much else. Message restrictions are severe, auto translations are not working at all. You can’t copy text to paste into a 3rd party translator. Out of the kpop apps this is the absolute worst one. Please get it together or don’t charge for any of it.

Please fix having trouble logging in with gmail
What is wrong with logging in using gmail acc. it said according to policy 2 blah blah and you need to fix this asap! Universe app is really fun but at the same time this app really test my patience level. i have to gave money every month but 15 days of a month you keep logging me out and don't even let me log in again. if it keeps happening like that, what is my point of giving my money to you! i can't log in back for several days. fix this fix this!!

Not working
Im not sure why but it wont even let me log in? I have deleted and reinstalled the app but still all that shows up is a blank screen with some words on it when i enter my google account to log in.
Logging in
I couldn’t log in at first but when i used a vpn, I was able to log in and the app started working better.
Won’t even let you login
App doesn’t even allow you past terms and agreement to even use the app. Tried multiple logins, delete/redownload, restarting phone. Nothing seems to work

everytime i try to sign in it shows a white screen saying agree to terms but there not a single button to click HELP
