About

The iCARE-AF app aims to provide patients information on atrial fibrillation (AF), its treatment and how a change in lifestyle may help to reduce symptoms and AF becoming worse over time. Moreover, patients are encouraged to record information such as symptoms of AF and blood pressure recordings which can be shared with their health care providers. Remember to seek a doctor’s advice in addition to using this app and before making any medical decisions.
