Unfit for purpose
Constant check-in errors make this app essentially unfit for purpose. If the app malfunctions, the uni will do nothing to fix it and correctly mark you as present. Around 25% of the class today had issues. It’s absurd.

Check-in barely works. The calendar function is glitchy and does let me swipe with the new layout. Overall, probably the worst app i’ve got on my phone. Beg u lot fix the app no cap.

The check in system is just so bad that it would never show up, or showing u at different place. Just use the web version of it.
Please get rid of this
Crashes whenever data signal dips which happens often (chemistry building for example). You try to use the web version of the app then it says your attendance could not be validated and will be counted as an absence (with no way to change this even if the app reconnects)
Why is this even necessary??? Everyone here is an adult and paying to be here. If we were to miss classes then that is on us. I know I am attending my classes, that should be enough.

Half the time doesn’t update to show your classes, has “to-do” items that are aimed at freshers pop up for third years, interface is clunky, among other issues. Has a habit of randomly logging you out and then sending you to webpages that don’t fix the problem, or just showing a completely white screen with no way to do anything about it. Being expected to keep track of attendance on this is ridiculous, especially when the website doesn’t register your location correctly half the time either. Makes it look like we’re slacking when we’re not, and there was literally nothing wrong with the previous blackboard checkin system.

Pretty certain this app was developed by Pol Pot’s dictatorship to torture students trying to be productive

Doesn’t work. Can’t sign in. App gets stuck once you get past the “Remember me” page.

No where near the standard I’d expect from a university of it’s caliber. Crashes lots, I can never check in and today I can’t even log in to check my timetable.
Ruining my University Experience
1 star is too many. What kind of app needs to be periodically deleted and reinstalled in order to work. 10 grand a year for this nonsense is completely outrageous. I am not impressed!!!!!!

Good, but…
This issue with this app is that it has a low priority having access to the internet compared with other applications on your device. If this was the highest priority, it would make checking into lectures, seminars and tutorials, quick and easily.

Terrible terrible app
Genuinely never works when you need it to. Took me 40 mins to check into a lecture the other day because the app kept crashing and not working.
Bruh it never works.
I try to check in, and It never goes through. The app either never loads or crashes.
