It helps tremendously when UHFCU has caring, helpful Staff! Words are not sufficient enough to Thank Staff like Nick Frey who have always been helpful! I am curious, since Nick Frey left, I was told he’s working remotely. Is he still employed by UHFCU but truly working remotely? 🤙

Constantly crashes
I never had an issue with the first app, why make a new one that constantly errors? I can’t even sign in. Completely disappointed in this new app

Omg. Why would you make a new one but even worse. Please learn usability around best practices. This is a step backwards.
Ruined everything
I hate this new app. Not only they ruined the old app but also they ruined the whole online bank account. They even changed their website and online banking. I can’t send money anymore and I hate it. I hope whoever ruined this, never see happy day in his life
Took while to load the page
I don’t like this new version of app. It’s not designed nicely or user friendly because it takes long time to load the page or function compare with the last app. Disappointed.
WHY
why would you need to make ANOTHER app? just update the first one. the hassle of just re entering all my information and enrolling again is so annoying. i had to give it a star to write this review but i would've given it none.
Account no longer works
Had an account with the old UHFCU Mobile app that worked perfectly but now it no longer works even if I re-enroll. Constantly getting Server error.
When I reactivated my account before, the system flagged it but the Kaimuki branch had fixed it but now it’s happening again.
Do not recommend this credit Union if you do all your banking online.

Many error codes
I just downloaded the app, however there were many error pop ups every time I tried to navigate the different tabs on the bottom of the screen. It would also log me out for “security reasons.”
Clean and Simple
New app is clean and simple to use. I like the fact that I can view my statements and bill pay on the mobile app without logging on to the web. I can even block my debit card, add alerts, and customize the layout of my accounts all on the mobile app. Cool new features!!!
