Used to work but now doesn’t
The app doesn’t work. It doesn’t get past the loading screen. The bottom section is cut off and shows a map but it starts in south america and i’m confused😭

The logo covers the entire screen. Can’t see a map or use anything within the app. Been broken for months. Typical u of u to not fix anything that’s actually useful.

Two year ago, I was able to use the app fine. Back then it probably would have gotten 3 stars because it functioned okay but was often very delayed.
Now it won’t work at all. The app has a screen saying UofU Shuttle Tracker that covers 90% of the actual map. But even if you manage to zoom in on the correct portion of the tiny map, it does not show the bus routes. Entirely unusable.

Doesn’t work
The app Home Screen stays frozen and does not allow you to navigate past it.
App stopped working
The app only show the bus icon and a small pice of a map at the bottom, no bus routes.

When it works it’s great but it hasn’t worked in weeks.

Screen is just UofU Shuttle Tracker symbol with the small part at the bottom being a map when you open in. Please fix it ASAP for school tomorrow!
Drop down app loading screen never closes
This app is unusable, due to the “UofU shuttle tracker” loading/opening screen never fully goes away and blocks most of my screen.
App no longer works
When me or my wife open the app the bus symbol take up 90% of the screen rendering it unusable…

This app has made getting around campus so easy. It would be nice if there was a basic schedule of the time the buses are available.
Just to check real quick what is available to ride later then 6:00 on campus. Even so, won’t stop me from using this. Thanks for making it.

Don’t trust the app
The U’s system needs a serious upgrade. The app is a good idea, but rarely is accurate. Orange is super glitchy and is never where it says it is. Come on U, upgrade your apps.
About dang time!
I hope the school is paying you for this, because I've been saying they need to get a CS major to write something like this for a few years now. Features are great and routes are surprisingly up to date. My suggestion would be to have a stop to stop walking time comparison so we could have a word with commuter services about the efficiency of some of the routes they run.
