Honestly don’t see the point of this app it crashes more times then it doesn’t. Get better

I’ve had no issues so far, and the app is extremely helpful. Everything is in one place and you can even check bus and train times!

Useless
Completely useless doesn’t work when I can log in and now cannot log in at all when I know what my password is. The fact that a university filled with ‘academic’ people can’t make a simple app to work is a joke.
Not perfect but vastly improved
A few semesters ago, this app was genuinely absolutely useless. Nothing on it worked and it would crash all the time.
However, since then, several improvements have been made to the app and it is much better. Things like timetables, IDs, maps, booking and accessing general information from the intranet work well and are really useful to have in the app. It saves scrolling through the intranet for ages on your mobile device trying to locate things.
I don’t think it’s perfect quite yet! But some improvements to the UI/UX and adding some extra functionality could take it to 5 stars and higher student uptake in usage.

Suddenly won’t open
Worked perfectly for first year, easy to navigate and attractive to look at, recently though whenever I click on the app the screen goes black and nothing happens, I’ve tried leaving it to load (20 mins still no action) and I’ve reloaded multiple times but no action!
