Who is handling my auto insurance? I’ve been receiving emails from all three companies?! The UniVista website is ONLY a sales tool and does NOT offer any account information if needed!
Bad experiences as a new client and I’m already considering another insurer. I feel as though everyone is good with taking my money, but are not providing any customer confidence! Shame on me if after seeing the mess I’m dealing with today, I remain and confirm my service fears if I’m ever involved in an accident.
