Awful service
I have orders that are almost 2 years past due and they refuse to answer any emails about them. I would not recommend buying from them as it may be a crapshoot on if you receive your books or not, especially graded books. Just don’t do those at all.

Seriously they are so bad about getting orders out. Idk if it’s bc they use third party apps like what not and Shopify or if they just don’t have adequate amount of staffing but like they haven’t even updated their address

This review is moreso for the company. Multiple times, they have simply forgot to mail my orders. I know this cause when I have inquired about purchases way past the due date, they will simply say “it must have gotten lost in the warehouse”. I’ve also had to send back books on 3 different occasions due to the books being mangled - not due to shipping cause the boxes arrive undamaged. I know losing one customer won’t hurt them, but I would encourage you to get your books elsewhere.

I spent $455 on the nakayama venom variant, tis the season ticket event and golden ticket event. The golden ticket event says "here is what you get no matter what" which includes a graded cgc blue or yellow no matter what. I did not get that. This is my second order from that selection and this time, i did not get that. I did not get my cgc as purchased and promised. That is something ANY business should not make a mistake on. I understand mis-counting a regular comic or a delay. But this is not an easy one to forget a giant block of a casing to put in a styrofoam mess of a box. Please help me or refund me if this is something you guys were unclear on.

Does a back button exist?
No matter what I click I must start over? Or is there a back button somewhere I am missing? Was there a tutorial somewhere maybe shots or something that stated this? I am about to say this is not worth it, I was having even worse issues with the website!

Canceled orders for no reason :(
Sadly I never got to try their service since they canceled my order nearly two weeks later for no reason. Luckily I placed an order with a REAL comic shop. Beware future comic fans- this is a shady comic shop with even shadier cancels. Look it up on BBB and yelp/google for more reviews of how bad this business is.
