About
UNKO LAB is a bowel-movement diary you keep together with the Poop Professor. Log shape, colour, amount and any symptoms in a few taps, then watch your own rhythm on a monthly calendar and in a weekly review.
■ Logging in a few taps
Pick the shape from the seven Bristol types, then add only what matters: colour, amount, blood, abdominal pain, straining, incomplete evacuation, time spent and more. A day with no entry is treated automatically as a day without a movement — nothing to enter.
■ The Professor reads your log
The Professor puts patterns into words: leaning hard or loose, incomplete evacuation, time on the toilet, time of day, the link with coffee or exercise, how much of the month you have observed — 18 rules in all. Every reading links to the research or public-health source behind it. When the evidence is thin, the Professor says nothing. When a pattern runs long, the reading suggests seeing a clinician.
■ The Squishy Poop Tower
Entries stack up into a tower measured on a real-height scale: Tokyo Tower, Everest, and beyond. Crossing a landmark brings a celebration and a piece of trivia about the next one. Landmarks you have passed line up in your collection.
■ Research library
Original papers, reviews and public-health guidance, each summarised with its key points and its limits. Sources cited by a reading open straight from the card.
■ Your data stays on your device
No account. Nothing is sent to a server; your log lives only on your iPhone.
