Fix the useless pricing system
Dagupan to Mangaldan says it's only 200+, but when I try to book, the price suddenly doubles! How is that even possible? It costs way more than the price originally shown.
I’ve used other apps like Grab and InDrive, and what I see on the screen before booking is the exact amount I actually pay. They don't pull ridiculous extra charges out of nowhere like a "pickup fare"—what even is that, and why should the customer have to pay for it?
Fix this useless pricing system. At this rate, nobody in their right mind is going to use your app.
if i can only give this 0 star, I will!

No respect for time
Booked a ride and had a driver as soon as I tried to book but it took 40 minutes before I requested to cancel. The driver had bookings before me, so I don’t even know the use of this app.
Unresponsive App
Can’t even register/create account.

Love the app easy to use!
delivery
no estimated time of delivery, almost 1-2 hrs the processing/buying time.
Keyboard overlaps Password textfield
Basically, I can’t sign in because the keyboard overlaps the password textfield.

App is laggy. Registering is a pain in the ass.
Unless this is fixed, there’s no point using the app. Might as well order on Facebook or call the number.
Such a hassle.
