I like the game itās really fun and interactive but it has lots of glitches like sometimes when I win a battle it says I lost and makes me RESTART the entire level I just did and then I have to fight every enemy AGIAN and whatās the point making this game a Apple Arcade exclusive I am not paying 10$ subscription every month just to pay a glitchy game

I LOVE this game. As a big fan of RPGs, Unleash the light has been a blast. The gameplay is fun and interesting, and I love the references to the show that can be found in the dialogue. Great game for any Steven Universe fan.

OK, so this is like the best game ever! You guys have to download this it gets really hard but itās so awesome. Itās the best Steven universe game you can have. And if you like this, and you wish you can make your own jam team., then download gem maker? I think thatās what itās called just search on the on the Apple App Store for ChibiāMaker:āDressāUpāGames down and youāll find it but I am a huge Steven universe fan. Me and my sister have watched all of it. Iām an eight year old and my sister is 28. I have Steven universe pictures in my room everywhere, and also I was born in February so that means Iām amethyst and I acted completely like her! I like snacking and snacking and more snacking and being lazy and playing video games and watching TV and more snacking and also I wish I could shape shift. Fun but glitchy
It is fun, Iāll give them that, but itās SO glitchy. Several badges donāt actually work, and gameplay glitches at the end of several boss battles, particularly on Hessoniteās ship and in the Black Hole. You have to play the boss battles multiple times in the hopes youāll get a match that wonāt glitch, which ends up taking a lot of fun away from playing and beating this game.
Aside from that, the storyline is fun and easy to play in many different styles, so thereās kind of a āfun for everyoneā element to it. Roseās room is more of a rogue style game than story mode, which is also pretty cool. You can play Roseās room several times and have a different experience each time.

Fantastic but buggy
One of the best rpgās Iāve played, the story is mildly challenging, wish it was a bit harder but apart from that itās great, and roses room is a great challenge that you need to think your next move on, the story is like that to but just generally the enemies are weak and easy to kill but roses room makes every enemy either 2 or 1 shot you, even when you block on most occasions and some tankier ones require effort to kill which I really love as most rpgās I play feel way to easy but I canāt stress enough about that fact that this game is actually a strategy game and not a breeze. But, of course itās not entirely perfect. Roses room is quite buggy as you crash many times (mainly when trying to start or during intermissions to next rooms) but it saves so itās not terrible. Other than that thereās a few visual bugs that Iāve seen but they donāt effect gameplay so I donāt really care. Great game, but maybe fix the crashing problem as itās quite annoying.

I LOVE THIS GAME
Ok so I Absolutely love Steven universe especially this game right here peridot is my favourite character and I love how she looks in game same with every other character plus skins but im sad I finished the game I can make new games but I hope u can add more stuff to the game if u can but I would definitely recommend downloading this game :3

One bug but thatās all
When I fused into sunstone on the last turn I got a game over despite having surviving members of my party; I tried it again and got the same result, please sort this out
absolutely love this game but it does have a few flaws
iāve been playing unleash the light ever since itās release, and donāt get me wrong itās an incredibly fun rpg game for an rpg lover and su watcher such as myself. i do have one tiny complaint though. ever since version 4.0 launched iāve been playing this game more often than i have been before. with the inclusion of greg and hessonite plus the new roseās room. well i decided to play the final boss with greg and my fully upgraded hessonite, and when i finished the boss fight and the cutscene where the game ends, my hessoniteās level fully reset back to her original level. now this doesnāt irk me to the point where iāll throw a tantrum, but it does get a little frustrating considering iād have to upgrade my hessonite all over again and it sort of prevents me from playing the final boss. i know it may be a little too late to be writing this review, but if the devs ever see this please keep it in mind for a potential bug fix!! please and thank you. :D

Great gameāsome bugs found!
The game is fantastic and I havenāt experienced any bugs since the game first released, but unfortunately I did. In Roseās room when playing as Hessonite, I was caught in an ambush and when one of the enemies tried to attack Hessonite, she evaded the damage completely somehow but the enemies and my team are all frozen; I canāt attack them and they canāt attack me. Also Hessonite and the Pyrope boss battles needs a reworkā¦ when I fought Pyrope again with my level 35 Hessonite, the game deranked her and now I have to grind all over again. If youāve already unlocked Hessonite and leveled her up, the game should recognize that so it wonāt wipe Hessoniteās progress every time.

Canāt get enough! but there are problems
Im a hinge steven universe fan so when i saw that there was a game I was very excited! Iāve beat the story mode to completion and the black hole which was a lot of fun but i still wanted more of the game. Then you released an update with roses room that added such a good change of pace! Unfortunately though, there are a lot of glitches and bugs in roses room. Ill get stuck in battles so i have to quit to the main menu, characters will turn completely white, and for the final room the last boss is completely grey. And the worst thing of all is BADGES WILL UNEQUIP. Why??? that is the most frustrating part of roses room and i do not see why thatās a feature so i can only assume itās not intended. this game is so much fun and iāve spent countless hours on it and am eager to see more. I just really hope these bugs become less of a problem in the future. keep up all the great work!

Amazing game butā¦
I absolutely love this game. Iām obsessed with Steven Universe, and I played Attack the Light as well! I love how it incorporates all the characters of the show and expands as well with the new gems you fight against and talk to, but my only complaint is that this one seems to crash quite a bit. Iām trying to chalk it up to the fact Iāll play it for hours but none of my other games do this. It could also be Apple Arcade games in general, as this is the first (and only one so far) I have played because Iāve never had Attack the Light crash on me either, but it gets frustrating because itās always when Iām in the middle of battle. I got scared it would crash on me during the final battle with the prisms (luckily it did not) but it took some of my excitement away worrying about it :( my iPad is a little older but itās able to stay up to date with the software so I donāt think itās my device, and hopefully Grumpyface sees this and looks into the crashing. If it wasnāt for that Iād give it a full 5 stars honestly.

How about Lars?
I love this game and I didnāt think they were still updating it! Ever since they added Greg Iāve been wonderingā¦ how about Lars? He can do the things lion can do and maybe get help from the off-colors! He could also have a team attack with lion (if both are on the team) where lion or him go behind an enemy and a character you choose goes though them to behind the enemy for a sneak attack! It would also make up for the fact he was not used as Lars of the stars that muchā¦ also idk if itās already in the game but WHERE IS STEVONNIE!?!?!

Great Game but needs a few bug fixes
Since the latest update, Iāve been experiencing some bugs that have caused me to restart levels when I replay the game or throughout roses room. Some bugs are when I forge a barrier with bismuth, it doesnāt appear on my ability circle to use. Another one is when amethyst gets hit twice in a row like in the rose room against the light construct that has shards, when it hits her and then throws a shard at her, she sometimes gets stuck in the change phase and her character turns all white until I move to the next level. Another one is sometimes the characters start walking backwards all of a sudden. Another one is when lapis throws the enhanced shards it freezes the game. Another one is bismuthās freebie barrier upgrade doesnāt work in roseās room and in story mode I get an unlimited placement of the barrier but when I actually forge a barrier, it takes it away. Also Hessonites Charm ability sometimes when thrown is all black instead of the orange color. There were other multiple bugs Iāve encountered that interferes with my gameplay that I hope get fixed please

But this game had everything I would have hoped for!the story fits in perfectly with the main franchiseās story, while still making me have to think hard to figure out where this was in the timeline(people say itās right after the main show, but I still have my doubts because of Stevenās second skin)! I LOVE THIS SOOOO MUCH!!!!!
I love this game! Iāve put DAYS into all of the light games loving all of gameplay and characters! The fusions and all of the moves are amazing!! And Iām soo glad Greg AND hessonite are characters you can play! That being said I have found glitches with there moves, whenever you select a target for Gregās jams you fill up the teamwork bar a bit but you can keep selecting other targets it will keep filling up the bar! And thereās an issue with hessonite retaliate that soft locks the game I donāt know if this is going to be read or not but this game is truely INCREDIBLE š¤©

Bugs
Itās a great game and I love playing it, but there are a few problems and bugs that I think should be pointed out.
Gregās jamming ability generates teamwork points every time you use a jam. Letās say the you use 2 star points to have Greg attack jam. If you rapidly press attack jam over and over, itās generate teamwork points each time. This goes for every one of his jamming skills.
Thereās this bug where Bismuth can place an infinite amount of barriers even without her upgrade for one freebie at the start of the game. I donāt know if this is happening to anybody else, but itās happening to me and it doesnāt look like itāll remove itself.
And please, if not fix those bugs then fix this one. Thereās a bug where when Iām in a battle the game just doesnāt allow to select any characters. Iām forced to stare at the enemies unless I leave the stage and run through it again. It happens back to back and I canāt clear any stages because of it.
