KYC Broken, Support Worse
Even after verification, app kept saying KYC pending. Support blocked me after rude replies. This is unacceptable for a financial services platform. I’ve moved to Precize and completed my purchase without issues.
Unprofessional and Unresponsive
KYC stuck in a loop. Contacted support — delays, dismissive replies, then abusive messages. No resolution, no accountability. Ended up using another platform that worked instantly. Avoid unless they overhaul their support and governance.
