Unreliable

Works perfectly well with iOS on iPhone and iPad.
It loses two stars because usage is impossible on Google TVs.
One star because it lacks "Leanback launcher icon." for my Google TV and has to be side load launched.
Two stars because once the app is started it is impossible to select a vpn location as the screen lacks any gui prompts or any sign of where you are on the menus. You end up hitting buttons on controller randomly trying to get the right location by chance.

Really poor… half way through my holiday and depends who you get… Danielle really good, Mallik really poor. Overall customer service is bad and really needs looking at

SCAM!!!

I cancelled my subscription two days previous to being charged full price for this supposed service. Do NOT purchase this money-grabbing scam of an App!!!

UK no longer reliable

The last several months, UK services no longer work for geo location. I have created support requests to investigate and resolve this but it clearly has fallen on deaf ears and I believe they just lost interest in the issue. It used to work great, but I won’t be renewing. Figures because I signed up for a 2 year agreement.

Update August 2025: tested in the UK to the US and live sports also no longer work. This service is not almost useless. US to UK also fails for all but itv.

I won’t renew again.

App Not Synced With Web Site

Re-subscribed after letting my subscription lapse. Renewal offers were better on web site than on app. Me thinks app not updated as frequently. Also subscription took longer to process. Access was not instantaneous when processing using Apple Pay.

Works perfect but too expensive

I have looked for vpn for vacation. I do not want a 1 year subscription. 10 euro per week for 3 weeks = 30€ on vacation is far too much. One month for 15 euro instead 89 for 12 month could be a fair deal

Tried utilizing the app for watching Crunchyroll in Japan didn’t work paid tried the extra 11.99$ for it work and it didn’t an absolute scam

Great VPN, Great Support

Provides everything I need in a VPN. Smart DNS feature is particularly useful. Tech support is very strong They very quickly addressed a subscription – sync issue that recently popped up.

Issue checking subscription

I cannot connect to any location. It says that it cannot check the subscription even when my subscription is active. I reinstalled the app and it worked once and now i am getting the same issue

When it works it’s great, but that’s not often.

It refuses to acknowledge that I have a subscription when i try to use it on my iPad, which is what I use for traveling.

Unable to log in

App worked fine for over a year. Suddenly I am unable to simply log in on the app. Before I logged out this last time, the app simultaneously had me logged in and gave me pricing options to become a member…figure that out?
