Unlock Inner Me turns goals into real accountability.
Instead of relying on willpower alone, Unlock Inner Me blocks distracting apps until you've completed the commitments that matter most. Whether it's exercising, reading, studying, journaling, practicing your faith, or building healthier habits, your apps unlock only after you follow through.
It's accountability that actually works.
SET GOALS, BLOCK DISTRACTIONS
Choose the apps that distract you most and set daily or weekly goals that must be completed before those apps unlock. Goals can be anything — exercise, reading, meditation, journaling, or your own custom challenges.
AI-POWERED VERIFICATION
Prove you did it. Snap a photo and our AI verifies your goal completion in real time. Or use GPS verification to confirm you went to the gym, the park, or wherever your goal takes you.
DISCIPLINE MODE
For when you're serious. Discipline Mode prevents you from skipping goals — your blocked apps stay locked until the work is done. No shortcuts, no excuses.
PRESENCE MODE
Team up with a friend for mutual accountability. When your paired friend is nearby (detected via Bluetooth), blocking activates automatically. Hold each other accountable in person.
SMART SCHEDULING
Set up weekly schedules with different goals for different days. The app adapts to your routine and sends reminders so you never miss a session.
STREAKS & REWARDS
Track your progress with daily streaks. Earn rewards for consistency and watch your discipline grow over time. Weekly reports show you how far you've come.
AI COACHING & REFLECTIONS
After completing your goals, receive personalized AI-powered reflections and coaching insights based on your progress and journal entries.
LIVE ACTIVITY
See your blocking status at a glance with iOS Live Activities on your Lock Screen and Dynamic Island.
