Horrible For Searching
I go to my laptop or a regular browser to look up homes because this app is super not user friendly. Most of the time you can type in an address and it won’t take you there.
Filters don’t filter
Can’t use this app using filters to dwindle down your search because every time you put in filters then search it still pulls up every listing and in red at the top says “add filters or zoom in to see all results”. No filter I add is ever shown
Crashing
Does not load well on iphone. When the app first appeared, it worked quick and we'll. Now, however, the app doesn't load at times or takes forever to launch.
No Short Sale or Foreclosure information
It looks similar to the SABOR app except it doesn’t tell you if the house is on Foreclosure or on a Short Sale.

It works better than the old app, but that’s not saying much because the old app would not load properties for the last month. This is still a little bit clunky, and the fact that they did not put in the functionality to schedule showings through ShowingTime, like the old app had is baffling.

My overall experience is really great. The interface is easy to navigate. It has a powerful map search functionality and tightly integrated ‘Search an Agent’ feature. The ‘Saved Searches’ feature is a very clever addition. I recommend this app to everyone.

What an IMPROVEMENT!!
I’m cautiously optimistic about this app but so far there is a lot to like. Modify listings on the go, quick touch button to pull up all of your listings, and integration into the full blown Matrix version. I feel like this is something I will actually use.
