Difficulty with app and understanding game
Me and my fiancé had such a difficult time with the app that I actually sought out the app for a review, the audio ques don’t function, the camera having access is finicky and tough to get responsive and the instructions say the cards will have other numbers on the cards there were but the numbers didn’t make sense as they had lines through them.

Great game
I really enjoy these games. I do wish there was a way to mark what games you’ve played though because with so many now sometimes when I see some when I’m out I’m not entirely sure if it’s one I have or not.
Good app until now…
Just played the Third Scenario in Unlock… The Curse on Camelot… I ran into a lot of bugs…the app locked up multiple times requiring a restart and the app required voice recognition that didn’t work throughout the whole scenario. The app has ways to work around it …which makes me think they anticipated voice recognition problems. However one of the last puzzles has no workaround … so we weren’t able to finish it.
This unlock box set has had the most bugs yet of all unlock sets. For reference I was playing on an Iphone15.
Overall these are good…so I can’t tank the app rating … because of flaws in the most recent boxes that have been released. The bugs unfortunately are causing frustration in the more recent sets making these less enjoyable to play.

Great games, terrible app
The Unlock games are great but anytime you have to do anything with the app it’s a constant pain. It doesn’t recognise sound properly, you can’t get it to register clicks reliably and the orientation puzzles work about 50% of the time. Wish I could play a version of these games without this annoying app.

Problèmes de son sur iPhone…
Je remettrai 5 étoiles lorsque ce problème sera résolu. L’appli fonctionnait parfaitement sur Android mais sur mon iPhone, je n’ai aucun son, ce qui est très handicapant pour le jeu (nous avons dû aller consulter la solution pour des énigmes autrement impossibles sans son)

Mysteriumの巡査部長が全く反応してくれなかったので、解答をみながら進めました。バグの修正をお願いします。

Pour ceux qui ont un soucis de son (iPhone) il faut juste désactiver le mode silencieux 😂
Bugs sur enchanted adventures
Nous avons eu une dizaine de bugs durant l’utilisation du jeu, avec l’application qui se freeze sur un téléphone récent (pas de mise à jour disponible). Ça oblige à recommencer certaines machines et se souvenir des étapes effectuées dans le jeu pour pouvoir avancer. C’était très déceptif et nous n’avons pas terminé l’aventure. Cela reste très rare sur l’ensemble des aventures Unlock, mais il faudrait résoudre ces soucis pour éviter la frustration des joueurs ☹️

My family loves these games. Ticket to Ride though doesn’t not work well for taking the pictures at various parts of the game. Beyond frustrating. Thankfully, you can logically work through it or leverage the answer guide.

All’ultima carta dello scenario “Follia al luna park” della box “Enchanted Adventures” nonostante si esegua l’azione anche come indicato dalla soluzione non si riesce a concludere la partita perché non vengono restituite le medaglie. È un peccato visto che il gioco è veramente unico e merita di giocare tutti i titoli

Audio doesn’t work on iPad
Games are fun. Garbage app. Audio doesn’t work on my iPad, so if your 80% done and the audio doesn’t work to unlock new cards, there’s nothing you can do. You’d think for how expensive the games are the app could work properly.
Sound doesn’t work and app freezes
The game seems fun but becomes very frustrating when the sound doesn’t work so you can’t completely puzzles and the app freezes multiple times and you have to restart.
Eigentlich gut, aber Ton geht nicht…
Eigentlich ist die App sehr gut und die Spiele machen Spaß, aber dass man einige Aufgaben nicht lösen kann, weil der Ton nicht funktioniert nervt irgendwann richtig!!!
Aus den Rezessionen lese ich, dass dieses Problem schon lange bekannt ist und trotzdem nicht behoben wurde. Schade…
