CALORIES BURNED Pick a source in Settings > Calories Burned: WHOOP, or Apple Health fed by Apple Watch, Garmin, Oura, and others. The Calories folder banner, Food Log, trend charts, and Today's Nutrition widget then show calories burned and whether you are under or over for the day. Health data stays on your phone. NUTRITION TRENDS IN THE APP The Food Log opens on full-width calorie, carb, and protein charts over 7, 14, or 30 days, and the Calories folder banner and Stats tab show a 7-day strip. CALORIE CAPTURE Tap Calories and choose Snap, Describe, or Has / Not, the same three buttons as the widget, with your saved foods underneath. My Foods suggests meals from your recent log until something repeats. 50 FREE AI ANALYSES The free tier now includes 50 AI analyses, up from 15. Existing users get the larger allowance too. CALORIE CAPTURE WIDGET A new wide Home Screen widget with three one-tap ways to log a meal: Snap (straight to the camera), Describe (tell Unmuck what it is, then shoot), or Has / Not (tap what is and isn't on the plate, then shoot). NUTRITION WIDGETS See today's calories, carbs, and protein on your Home Screen or Lock Screen, and track the last 7 days with bar or trend-line widgets for each. Trend lines mark every day and show your average. Widgets update as you log, including meals logged from another device. RELIABILITY - Restoring a photo from Deleted returns it to its original folder - A capture or recording that fails to save now offers Try Again or Discard instead of being lost - Sharing into Unmuck waits for every attachment, keeps photo EXIF data, and no longer fails on multi-photo shares - Edits made on another device show up in place without reopening the photo - New Books and Menu options for the capture widgets
