Disappointing App and Customer Service
My first experience with this restaurant's app was disappointing, despite previously appreciating their fresh food. I ordered quesadillas at 1:09 PM, with a text confirming a 1:24 PM pickup. My order wasn't ready until almost 1:50 PM.
When my order was finally ready, staff claimed I ordered "too many toppings," advising a limit of three despite the app clearly allowing "up to 13." The owner acknowledged the app's wording but insisted on their three-topping "advice."
Most offensively, I overheard the owner then tell staff that customers ordering more than three toppings were "cheating." This, combined with the app's misleading info and an excessive wait, was unacceptable.
The unacknowledged long wait and disrespectful "cheating" comments for using their app as intended have soured my view. I strongly advise against using their app until these issues are resolved and customer service improves.
