Doesn’t Function and Can’t Login

Seems broken, crashes when you try to login and doesn’t ever connect to the synth…

Bad

I was looking forward to a piano app, but no sound works

Does not work with Uno Pro and IK don’t allow 2nd hand users

After discovering that IK multimedia have a (shameful) policy of not allowing second hand units to download editors or firmware updates, I thought I’d try this app. It does not work with the Uno pro though, so I have no way of backing up or updating the firmware on the synth.

What is dumb about this policy is it will impact sales of new and second hand IK multimedia hardware, word travels fast and I won’t consider buying any IK multimedia products until this policy changes.

Garage band

Hey I’m a big fan of this synthesizer and I was actually really excited when I saw haw good it was and how much it had. I tried to bring it into GarageBand and it didn’t show up. Is this app not compatible with GarageBand? The app feels a bit out of use if I can’t use it in my music production. Also is there an alternative to unison in this application?

Doesn't work on iOS 9.3

I have an old iPad 2 running 9.3.5. When I saw that the editor was compatible with my elderly iPad I was delighted. However, it is either not compatible or there is a bug. As reported by another reviewer the app crashes on startup. Very disappointing.

No Midi out?

Maybe a bug? It doesn’t send from the editor to my Uno synth (also true for the drum app). It will transfer presets (yay!), but when I manipulate knobs and sliders there is no response from the synth. Everything is up to date including iPadOS, firmware, and I am using the apple USB3-lightning connector (powered). I’ve tried using midi I/o with my interface (Zoom U-44), also using a USB hub (powered), I tried attaching a hub via the USB3-lightning (unpowered apple brand), different iPad (2017 10.5” pro), etc.

Maybe iOS bug?

When it works it's great

Only works on my phone... Not either of my iPads though; presumably because being older than 12 months old their OS is out of date.
Disappointed that is the case.
On my phone it works very well considering the small screen.. And at least allows access to those hidden parameters.

Love my Uno

Got the Uno back when it came out. The editor makes creating Patches simple as well as Loading and Saving them. I keep my patch library in the cloud and it functions well with that as well.

Hoping for Mass load and save of Patches as well as a Song mode to let you chain patterns. Even if it requires use of the Editor to do the chaining.

Ipad2 crash!?!

Ik staff please upgrade to work on ipad2

Crashes instantly on launch on iOS 9.3

Works well enough on iOS 12, and definitely makes up for the limits of the hardware. But I have an iPad I need to not update to retain use of my older 32bit apps. This Uno editor is listed as compatible with iOS 9.3, it most certainly is not. So four star rating is applying to it working on a higher OS revision, I'd certainly like to see it's not functioning at all on iOS 9.3 fixed.
