I still get ads, even after purchasing the no ad feature

I am super confused. I purchased the “ no ads “ and got VIP and everything but out of nowhere this past week I started getting ads again after every game. I’m really frustrated about it and I can’t find a way to fix it so workers from UNO app creators please help.
