They keep charging even after you disconnect your service. Stay away from unovon.
Bed quality
I been using for few years but now I have to write a review, very bed call quality, every time I have to register and since last week can’t even register please help update your app ASAP....

Worst App .. make you unhappy
Dirty app to make international calls.. No recent calls storage, every time registering the app for 1 min, loud voice in the middle of the call, getting some DID settings failure message when you trying to make second call, No incoming calls, No messages, very rude customer support, no service ticket details and updates, no resolution to any support ticket, not standing on the words when connection taken..
Customer care doesn’t know how to speak with customers. Very bad experience while using the app. No worth for connection.

The app could have been developed much better as per the iPhone requirements. This UI does not look either sophisticated or elegant.
Worst app ever designed
Folks, I am not sure who designed this... it is a piece of work... these guys have no idea about designs and user experience. Once you click the number it takes you to a screen where you need to search for the button to call.. once after you click, it still doesn’t call.. there is another stupid button on the bottom which doesn’t even look like call to make a call... I am sick of this app... I can’t give them below one star, so settling for that.

Horrible App
I have never seen any app that is so buggy as this one. After the recent update app crashes if I initiate the call and put the app in background. Call history is not updated.
Bad application that is claimed as best for marketing
This is one junk application that is claimed best in market to make international cal straight from your mobile phone, provided you have active account with Unovon. I have active account with Unovon and this piece of junk simply refuse to work every time I try to call international. What a shame!!

Worst calling app I have ever seen. It won’t recognize my bluetooth and there is not option to clear calling history.
When I tried opening the app call details it is struck. Hanging issue.

Always Crashes
For some reason It does not recognize contacts from my phone. And crashes each time I try to access my contacts. I called the customer service to report the issues and looks like no one is really working on fixing the issues. I strongly recommend not to use the app. Its such a pain.
How do you have an app at all?

I have been using this app for few months now and I end up getting frustrated after almost every call. I have been eagerly waiting to see if they could improve this app but seems like they don't care about customer satisfaction.

App keep crashing 2-3 times a week. Specially when you really wants it to work. Called Support and they asked to reinstall app. Which means I have to delete and install this crappy app 2-3 times a week and go through the pain on OTP. I m new customer of UNIVON and for sure looking for other provider.
