Unpack: Translate & Learn

Point your camera at a sign, menu or notice in the language you're learning, and Unpack explains it part by part. Unpack is for learners who are past the basics and want to read the world around them. Choose the language you're learning and the language you want explanations in. Unpack reads the text in your photo, even vertical menus and handwriting, and adds readings where the script needs them, like furigana over Japanese kanji. Underlines and short labels mark the words, phrases and grammar you're likely to find new, and each sentence's translation sits right under it. Tap anything for a deeper explanation. - Snap with the live camera, pick a photo from your library, or paste a message - Readings where you need them, like furigana over kanji - Translations line by line, so you never lose your place - Press and drag across any words to have them explained too - Every snap and every word you looked up is saved in History Free: 5 snaps a day.
