About

Unplug switches off the apps you don't want buzzing outside work hours, on schedules iPhone's Focus can't set. MORE THAN FOCUS CAN DO • A block can run across days: Friday 6 pm to Saturday 7 am, Friday evening to Monday morning, or weeknights 6 pm to 6 am. • Public holidays are worked in for you: choose your country and state, and a Monday holiday stretches your weekend to Tuesday morning. • Add your rostered days off and leave, and they count too. • So your work chat, email and tools stay out of your evenings, weekends and holidays. UNPLUG, DON'T LOCK OUT Unplug isn't a focus or productivity app. It's for switching off: the apps you choose stay quiet, so their notifications and activity don't pull you back in. If you do need one, open it as usual. A short screen reminds you that you unplugged it, to break the habit of opening it without thinking, and one tap lets you straight through. It unplugs again after 15 minutes (or 5, 30, 60 or 120). NO SUBSCRIPTION Most of Unplug is free: one block, with holidays, days off and everything above. Unplug Pro is a single one-time purchase, never a subscription: unlimited blocks, and sessions you start whenever you like. Family Sharing included. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Unplug uses Apple's Screen Time. Apple shows it the apps you choose only as private tokens it can't read, so Unplug never learns which apps you picked or how you use your phone. No account, no tracking, no analytics. Everything stays on your device. Unplug needs Screen Time permission to unplug apps. It works with your own Screen Time; it isn't for parental controls.
