About

unquit is a private commitment timer for the moment when you want to do something—but would rather not do it right now. Choose the urge, set a short timer, and stay with the decision you already made. There is no pause button. Finishing the timer is always free. If you choose to stop early, unquit offers a clearly labeled one-time paid ticket through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple shows the purchase confirmation before any charge, and the timer stops only after the purchase is verified. Features: • Quick minute timers, custom day/year commitments, and a selected end date/time • No pause button • Private on-device commitment history and streaks • Optional local notifications • No account, ads, analytics, or tracking • Data stays on this device, with a user-initiated local-data deletion path unquit is a behavior-support tool, not medical treatment or medical advice.
