I’m extremely disappointed with how this subscription is handled. There was no clear warning or alert before I was charged $199, and I was under the impression that I had canceled the subscription.
What makes this even more frustrating is that the trial/subscription is not handled through the App Store in the same way as many other apps. The charge is processed through Apple, but the subscription itself is managed differently, which I found confusing and misleading.
Had I known I would be charged $199, I would have made sure to cancel differently. Even if I had been considering continuing with this service, being surprised by a charge of this amount has completely changed my opinion.
I am requesting a refund. If the refund is issued, I will update this review accordingly. If not, I plan to dispute the charge and report my experience to the appropriate parties.
Please be very careful and make sure you understand exactly when and how you are canceling before starting the trial.

Fraud
I did the seven day free trial, went through Apple settings, and it said my subscription had ended. Instead, you now have to go through the website as well and if you don’t cancel on the website, they auto convert you to a annual membership instead of the $19.99 per month that you had clicked on. So I was billed $199.99 over a subscription service that I do not want. I feel like other photographers should know what this company is doing. Unscripted pricing has gotten out of hand. They are trying to add too many features to the platform and it’s no longer affordable whenever you are already paying for delivery and booking services through other preferred platforms.
