Safety copies Before a restore replaces existing chat data, Unsent creates and verifies a safety copy. Manage, export, restore, or permanently delete up to five copies from Settings. A refreshed chat experience Floating controls and a floating message composer give your words more room. Improved in-chat search controls and subtle chat-list separators make everyday writing feel cleaner. Stronger privacy protection Improved file protection while your iPhone is locked and full-interface protection in app-switcher previews help keep your writing private. Safer copying Copied message text stays on your iPhone by default and expires after two minutes. You can enable Universal Clipboard in Settings when you want to copy between Apple devices. More care behind the scenes Safer draft handling, stronger safeguards during updates and restores, and clearer recovery options when something cannot finish safely.
